Since 2021, Polina immersed herself in yoga practice, experiencing incredible transformations. Losing weight (10 kg), transforming her body, and freeing herself from unhealthy habits via improving her wellbeing and discipline. She discovered a new path to health and mindfulness.

Her passion for yoga not only brought her happiness but also helps her students find harmony and overcome life’s challenges, including stress, anxiety, insomnia, and more.

She also utilises numerology to tailor practices for both group sessions and personal consultations. Her training involved 220 hours, with daily hour-long personal practice sessions.

Her  practice encompasses warm-ups, pranayama, asanas, meditation, and shavasana. Suitable for beginners and various skill levels.
