Dr Nadia Amokrane is a Consultant Gynaecologist. Having graduated in Medicine from the University in Bristol in 2009, she also holds an honours degree in International Health. She completed her training in obstetrics and gynaecology in South London and has completed RCOG advanced training specialist modules in gynaecology and early pregnancy ultrasound, minimal access surgery and ambulatory gynaecology procedures.
Nadia was appointed as a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Epsom and St Helier Hospitals in 2022 where she currently leads Acute Gynaecology and Early Pregnancy in Epsom. She is particularly interested in early pregnancy problems and has recently set up an ambulatory unit for women suffering with hyperemesis gravidarum. Nadia is a keen teacher and educator and is College Tutor at the trust, responsible for the training and education of doctors in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
Nadia’s areas of expertise and special interests include diagnosis and management of early pregnancy complications, contraception, ambulatory gynaecology procedures, menopause, pelvic pain and menstrual disorders. She is regarded by her patients and colleagues as a highly empathetic and compassionate doctor who is devoted to empowering her patients to make informed choices about their health.
